FAQ
How to care for your products?
Our products are made of natural wood and coated with furniture oil, which protects them from external influences. To extend their service life, we recommend following these care instructions:
- Products should be wiped with a dry, soft, lint-free natural fabric (flannel, cotton, velvet, microfiber) in the direction of the grain.
- Do not use cleaning products that contain alcohol, esters, or solvents. It is better to use products that contain wax, silicone, or oils.
- Wooden products require a room temperature of 18-24°C.
- It is also important to maintain a relative humidity of 40-65%.
- Do not place wooden products near damp walls or in unheated rooms.
- For natural wood products, excessive moisture and excessively dry air pose the same danger. Deviations from the optimal temperature and humidity levels lead to material deformation and cracking.
Why is the color of the product different from the photo?
The shade of the finished product may differ from what you see on the screen!
This is due to the color rendering capabilities of each device and its settings.
Also, since we use natural wood in our work, the texture, grain direction, thickness, and pattern affect the color appearance.
Each product is unique!
What happens if it is used incorrectly?
Depending on humidity and temperature, natural wood can sometimes crack and warp slightly.
This is a natural process and not the fault of the manufacturer!
Can your products be used outdoors?
No, our products are NOT INTENDED for outdoor use.
Outdoors, there are unstable external factors (moisture, temperature, sunlight, etc.) that can have a detrimental effect on the product.
Are the product dimensions specified in the product description accurate?
The final size of the finished product may differ by a few mm from that specified in the description, as it is handmade.
